The invention discloses an automatic tile pasting machine based on a single-chip microcomputer. The automatic tile pasting machine comprises a walking mechanism and an executing mechanism. The automatic tile pasting machine has the beneficial effects that automatic forming equipment based on the single-chip microcomputer and used for real-time route analysis control is researched, the single-chipmicrocomputer serves as a control core, and instant stable route running is achieved; an infrared sensor is additionally arranged on the walking mechanism and connected with the single-chip microcomputer, whether a route deviates or is wrong or not can be judged by detecting a black line, corresponding measures are taken in time to avoid the route deviation phenomenon or the route error condition,the connecting rotation stability and strength in the walking mechanism are guaranteed, and the automatic tile pasting error is reduced; and in general, the automatic tile pasting machine can be usedfor flat ground occasions, tiles can be rapidly and conveniently laid and pasted, and therefore the labor intensity of workers is relieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于单片机基础的自动贴瓷砖机,包括行走机构和执行机构。本发明的有益效果是:研究以单片机为基础的实时路线分析控制的自动化成型设备,以单片机为控制核心,实现即时的路线稳定运行,通过在行走机构上加装红外线传感器,连接单片机,可以通过对黑色线的检测,判断路线是否发生偏移和错误,及时采取相应的措施避免路线偏移现象或路线错误情况发生,并保证其行走机构内部的连接转动稳定和强度,减少自动贴砖的误差,总的来说,本设计可以用于平地的场合,也可以快捷方便的铺设、贴放瓷砖,从而减轻工人的劳动强度。
