The intelligent vehicle networking system comprises vehicle-mounted equipment, a signal control machine and a signal lamp. The vehicle-mounted equipment enables a user to store and transmit vehicle type information and vehicle position information. The signal control machine is connectedto vehicle-mounted equipment of a vehicle through the V2X vehicle networking technology, and is used for acquiring the vehicle type information and vehicle position information transmitted from the vehicle-mounted equipment, acquiring the length of a lane waiting vehicle from roadside detection equipment, determining an adjustment control strategy of the signal lamp based on the vehicle type information and the length of the lane waiting vehicle, and determining execution time of the adjustment control strategy of the signal lamp based on the vehicle position information. The signal lamp is used for working based on the adjustment control strategy of the signal lamp and the corresponding execution time. According to the intelligent vehicle networking system based on the V2X vehicle networking technology, the V2X vehicle networking technology is combined with a traffic light annunciator, and the scheduling of the signal lamp according to the actual situation is realized.
