The invention discloses an intelligent network real-time command system for road traffic of an urban road intersection. The intelligent network real-time command system comprises a remote traffic supervision system, a roadside traffic supervision system and vehicle-mounted equipment arranged on a vehicle, wherein the remote traffic supervision system is connected to the roadside traffic supervision system through a wireless network; and the roadside traffic supervision system is connected to the vehicle-mounted equipment in a preset range spaced from the roadside traffic supervision system through a V2X Internet of vehicles technology, and is used for realizing control related data interaction with the vehicle-mounted equipment. The intelligent network real-time command system realizes real-time command of the intersection, and realizes algorithm operation compatible with phase and lamp group control logic at the same time.

本发明公开了一种城市道路交叉路口的道路交通的智能网实时指挥系统，包括：远程交通监管系统、路侧交通监管系统和置于车辆上的车载设备，其中：所述远程交通监管系统通过无线网络连接于所述路侧交通监管系统；所述路侧交通监管系统通过V2X车联网技术连接于与其间隔预设范围内的所述车载设备，用于实现与所述车载设备的控制相关数据交互。本发明实现了路口的实时指挥，实现同时兼容相位和灯组控制逻辑的算法运行。
