The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted charging system based on a controllable clutch device. The system comprises a rectifier bridge, the input end of the rectifier bridge is connected with an external alternating current power supply, the output end of the rectifier bridge is connected with a charging and driving change-over switch circuit, the driving change-over switch circuit is connectedwith a high-voltage battery pack and an inverter bridge, and the inverter bridge is connected with a motor. The motor is connected with a controllable clutch device, and the controllable clutch deviceis connected with a vehicle transmission system. According to the invention, the controllable clutch device is used for cutting off mechanical connection between the motor output shaft and a vehicletransmission system in the charging process, so that the motor rotor can rotate in the charging process, the medium-frequency charging problem of the scheme is solved, and high-power charging is realized.
