The invention discloses an implementation method for detecting whether a container door is opened or not. The implementation method for detecting whether the container door is opened or not is used for detecting the state of the container door when a gantry crane transports a container; the container comprises a container body and a door; the door is arranged on the container body in a pivoted mode; the gantry crane comprises a lifting appliance and a controller; a sensor used for detecting whether the door is opened or not is arranged on the lifting appliance; the controller is electrically connected to the sensor and the lifting appliance; whether the container door is opened or not is judged by monitoring whether the tightly attached door exists beside the container or not through the sensor, and therefore safe and stable operation of the container is guaranteed.

本发明公开了一种检测集装箱箱门是否打开的实现方法，所述检测集装箱箱门打开的实现方法用于在龙门吊运送集装箱时对集装箱的箱门状态进行检测，所述集装箱包括箱体和箱门，所述箱门可枢转的设置在箱体上，所述龙门吊包括吊具和控制器，所述吊具上设有用于检测箱门是否打开的传感器，所述控制器分别与传感器和吊具电连接，通过传感器监控集装箱旁是否有紧贴的箱门来判断集装箱箱门是否开启，从而保证了集装箱安全稳定的运行。
