Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of beam transporting vehicles, particularly relates to a beam transporting vehicle safety monitoring system. To solve the problems that an existing monitoring systemis incomplete, the driving status of a beam transporting vehicle cannot be monitored in an all-around mode, a driver cannot be informed of monitoring status in time, and the safety performance is low, the following scheme is proposed. The system comprises a use status collection module, a collected data comparison module, a collected data storage module, a data processing module, an early warningmodule, a network module, a feedback module and a background service module; the use status collection module is connected with the collected data comparison module; the collected data comparison module is connected with the collected data storage module; and the collected data storage module is connected with the data processing module. The monitoring system is reasonable in structure and convenient to operate, the monitoring system is complete, the driving status of the beam transporting vehicle can be monitored in an all-around mode, the driver can be informed of the monitoring status in time, and the safety performance is high.

本发明属于运梁车领域，尤其是一种运梁车安全监测系统，针对现有监测系统不完善，不能对运梁车的运行状态进行全方位的监测，且无法及时通知驾驶人员监测状态，安全性能较低的问题，现提出如下方案，其包括使用状态收集模块、收集数据对照模块、收集数据存储模块、数据处理模块、预警模块、网络模块、反馈模块和后台服务模块，所述使用状态收集模块和收集数据对照模块相连接，所述收集数据对照模块和收集数据存储模块相连接，所述收集数据存储模块和数据处理模块相连接。本发明结构合理，操作方便，该监测系统完善，能对运梁车的运行状态进行全方位的监测，且可及时通知驾驶人员监测状态，安全性能较高。
