The invention discloses a park energy differentiation scheduling method and system based on Monte Carlo simulation. The park energy differentiation scheduling method comprises the following steps: according to electric power operation data of nodes connected to a photovoltaic power supply and an electric vehicle in a power distribution network, constructing a regulation and control objective function by taking minimization of reactive power output cost of a photovoltaic field station, compensation cost of the electric vehicle and insufficient penalty cost of node voltage qualification rate astargets; constructing constraint conditions according to a power flow result meeting active power and reactive power balance of the power distribution network, performing randomness setting on photovoltaic uncertainty and electric vehicle charging uncertainty through Monte Carlo simulation, solving the regulation and control objective function to obtain the optimal power generation power and charging and discharging power after the photovoltaic power supply and the electric vehicle are accessed to the power distribution network, and performing coordination control on the voltage of the accessnode of the power distribution network. According to the invention, the electric vehicle and the photovoltaic power supply are matched to optimize and regulate the voltage of the power grid, and the node voltage of the power distribution network is regulated on the basis of the charging and discharging uncertainty of the electric vehicle and the influence of grid-connected operation on the voltage.

    本发明公开了一种基于蒙特卡洛模拟的园区能源差异化调度方法及系统,包括根据配电网中接入光伏电源和电动汽车节点的电力运行数据,以最小化光伏场站无功出力成本、电动汽车补偿代价成本、节点电压合格率不足惩罚费用为目标构建调控目标函数;以满足配电网有功功率和无功功率平衡的潮流结果构建约束条件,将光伏的不确定性和电动汽车充电的不确定通过蒙特卡洛模拟进行随机性设置,求解调控目标函数,得到光伏电源和电动汽车接入配电网后的最优发电功率和充放电功率,对配电网接入节点的电压进行协调控制。将电动汽车与光伏电源配合优化调控电网电压,在电动汽车充放电不确定性及其并网运行对电压影响的基础上,实现对配电网节点电压进行调控。
