The invention discloses an electric bicycle battery safety management system based on the Internet of Things. The system comprises a data acquisition platform, a data processing platform, a safety management platform and a risk self-control platform, wherein the data acquisition platform is used for acquiring data influencing safe use of a battery of an electric bicycle; the data processing platform is used for screening, classifying and marking the acquired battery data; the safety management platform is used for establishing a three-dimensional simulation model, carrying out virtual simulation on abnormal battery data, predicting the development trend of the abnormal data and evaluating the risk hidden danger of the battery; the risk self-control platform is used for remotely regulatingand controlling a production instruction and carrying out self-inspection on the abnormal state of the battery. According to the invention, the safety management system realizes real-time communication between the battery of the electric bicycle and the background management system based on the Internet of Things, and predicts and evaluates potential safety hazards of the battery according to three-dimensional modeling simulation, thereby performing safety management on the operation trend of the battery.

    本发明公开了一种基于物联网的电动自行车电池安全管理系统,包括数据采集平台、数据处理平台、安全管理平台和风险自控平台:所述数据采集平台用于采集影响电动自行车电池的安全使用的数据,所述数据处理平台用于对采集的电池数据进行筛选、分类和标记,所述安全管理平台用于建立三维仿真模型,并对异常电池数据进行虚拟仿真,预测异常数据的发展趋势,评估出电池的风险隐患,所述风险自控平台用于远程调控生产指令,对电池存在的异常状态进行自检。本发明中,该安全管理系统基于物联网实现电动自行车电池与后台管理系统之间的实时通信,并结合三维建模仿真,预测评估出电池潜在的安全隐患,从而对电池的运行趋势进行安全管理。
