The invention relates to the technical field of sub-frames, and discloses application of an all-aluminum alloy spliced sub-frame to light weight of a chassis. The all-aluminum alloy spliced sub-framecomprises a front beam, a longitudinal beam is fixedly installed below the front beam, a rear beam is arranged below the longitudinal beam, a connecting block is installed on the rear beam, and a supporting plate is arranged between the front beam and the rear beam. A moving rod is arranged behind the front beam, and a collision rod is fixedly installed at the upper end of the moving rod. According to the all-aluminum alloy spliced auxiliary frame, the collision rod is arranged on the automobile collision beam when the chassis is light, when an automobile is collided, the collision rod on thecollision beam bears huge collision force to drive the moving rod to generate downward force, and the moving rod drives the limiting column to move and then does not have a constraint effect on the supporting plate any more; and the supporting plate moves towards the ground, the automobile chassis is supported under the action of the telescopic guide rods, and the effect of improving the stabilityof an auxiliary frame vehicle formed through the welding and water expansion forming manufacturing process is achieved.

    本发明涉及副车架技术领域,且公开了一种全铝合金拼接副车架在底盘轻量化的应用包括前梁,所述前梁下面固定安装有纵梁,所述纵梁下面设置有后梁,所述后梁上按安装有连接块,所述前梁与后梁之间设置有支撑板,所述前梁的后面设置有移动杆,所述移动杆的上端固定安装有碰撞杆。该全铝合金拼接副车架在底盘轻量化通过将碰撞杆设置在汽车碰撞梁上,当汽车发生碰撞时,碰撞梁上的碰撞杆受到巨大撞击力从而带动移动杆产生向下的力,移动杆带动限位柱移动后便不再对支撑板起束缚作用了,支撑板便往地面方向移动,在伸缩导杆的作用下起到了支撑汽车底盘、达到了提高使用焊接与水胀成型制作工艺而成的副车架车辆稳定性的效果。
