The invention relates to the technical field of engine cold start, and discloses a cold start control method for a hybrid vehicle, and the vehicle. An electric drive system is connected with the cooling mechanism, an inlet and an outlet of engine cooling liquid are connected to an outlet and an inlet of the electric drive system cooling liquid respectively, and electric control valves are arrangedon the inlet side and the outlet side of the engine cooling liquid respectively. The method comprises the steps of according to the temperature of cooling liquid of an engine, an electric control valve is started; a motor of the electric drive system is locked or normally operates to heat the cooling liquid; and the heated cooling liquid enters the engine cylinder sleeve, so that the temperatureof engine oil and the like in an engine cylinder rises, the lubricating requirement is met, and the engine can be normally started. Low-temperature cold start of the engine can be fully improved, abrasion during low-temperature start of the engine is reduced, emission of emissions is reduced, the service life of the engine is prolonged, and the failure rate is reduced. And meanwhile, waste heat can be utilized, and effective utilization of energy is achieved.

    本发明涉及发动机冷启动技术领域,公开了一种混合动力车辆冷启动控制方法及车辆;电驱系统与冷却机构相连接,发动机冷却液的进口和出口分别连接于电驱系统冷却液的出口和进口,且在发动机冷却液的进口和出口侧均设置有电控阀,控制方法包括:根据发动机的冷却液的温度,打开电控阀,电驱系统的电机堵转或正常运行,以加热冷却液。加热后的冷却液进入发动机缸套内,使得发动机缸内机油等温度升高,满足润滑需求,以便正常启动发动机。可以充分改善发动机低温冷启动,减少发动机低温启动时的磨损,减少排放物的排放,提高发动机的使用寿命,降低故障率;同时可以对废热进行利用,实现能量有效利用。
