The invention relates to a mobile contact network supporting device and a mobile contact network system. The mobile contact network supporting device is arranged on a stand column in the contact network system and used for connecting and supporting a contact line. The mobile contact network supporting device comprises a cantilever, a power device, a balance weight and a balance weight driving device, wherein the cantilever comprises a contact line connecting section, a balance weight connecting section and a hinge structure between the contact line connecting section and the balance weight connecting section and is hinged to the stand column through the hinge structure, the contact line connecting section extends out of one side of the stand column, and the balance weight connecting section is located on the other side of the stand column; the power device is arranged on the stand column and can drive the cantilever to rotate relative to the stand column; the balance weight is arrangedon the balance weight connecting section of the cantilever and can slide in the length direction of the cantilever, and the distance between the gravity center of the balance weight and the stand column changes when the balance weight slides relative to the cantilever; the balance weight driving device is used for driving the balance weight to slide relative to the cantilever. According to the mobile contact network supporting device and the mobile contact network system provided by the invention, the power required for driving the contact line to move can be reduced.

本公开涉及一种移动接触网支撑装置及移动接触网系统，移动接触网支撑装置设置于接触网系统中的立柱，用于连接和支撑接触线，其包括悬臂、动力装置、配重和配重驱动装置；悬臂包括接触线连接段、配重连接段及二者之间的铰接结构，悬臂通过铰接结构铰接于立柱，接触线连接段从立柱的一侧伸出，配重连接段位于立柱的另一侧；动力装置设置于立柱并能驱动悬臂相对于立柱转动；配重设置于悬臂的配重连接段，可沿悬臂长度方向滑动，配重相对于悬臂滑动时其重心与立柱之间的距离发生变化；配重驱动装置用于驱动配重相对于悬臂滑动。本公开提供的移动接触网支撑装置及移动接触网系统，可以减小驱动接触线活动所需的动力。
