Abstract

The invention discloses an early warning device and an early warning detection method for breakage of an electric wheel rack, belongs to the field of electric wheel rack auxiliary devices, and aims tosolve the problem that an existing detection method cannot timely give an early warning prompt about the damage degree of the electric wheel rack. The early warning device comprises a trigger layer installed on the inner wall of the gear box. The trigger layer is in clearance fit with gear teeth on a gear in the gear box, the trigger layer comprises a first trigger layer, the first trigger layeris composed of a solid compound capable of enabling lubricating oil to be alkaline, and when the electric wheel rack is destructively deformed, the gear deflects towards the direction of the trigger layer and is ground with the surface of the first trigger layer; the PH value of the lubricating oil is changed by grinding the powder mixed into the lubricating oil. The detection method comprises thestep of regularly sampling and testing the PH value of the lubricating oil in the gear box. The early warning device is arranged between the inner wall of the gear box and the gear, and the fracturecondition of the electric wheel rack is monitored by detecting the change of the PH value of lubricating oil.

本发明公开一种电动轮机架断裂的预警装置及预警检测方法，属于电动轮机架辅助装置领域，是针对现有检测方法无法及时对电动轮机架损坏程度做预警提示所提出，预警装置包括：安装在齿轮箱内壁上的触发层，触发层与位于齿轮箱内齿轮上的轮齿间隙配合，触发层包括第一触发层，第一触发层由能使润滑油呈碱性的固态化合物组成，当电动轮机架发生破坏性变形时，齿轮向触发层方向发生偏转，并与第一触发层表面产生研磨，通过研磨后混入润滑油内的粉末，从而改变润滑油的PH值。检测方法，包括：定期对齿轮箱内润滑油的PH值进行取样化验。本发明利用在齿轮箱内壁与齿轮间设置预警装置，通过检测润滑油PH值的变化来对电动轮机架的断裂情况进行监测。
