The invention discloses a ship berthing auxiliary device. The device comprises a ship body, a screw rod, a power cavity, a stress plate and a guide block; a power cavity is formed in the outer wall ofone side of the ship body; screw rods are hinged to the inner walls of the two ends of the power cavity; one side of the surface of each screw rod is in threaded connection with a nut; a connecting plate is mounted on the outer wall between every two adjacent nuts through a connecting rod; a guide block is fixed to the outer wall of one side of the connecting plate; the end, away from the connecting plate, of the guide block extends out of the power cavity and is provided with a stress plate; a protective base plate is installed on the outer wall of the side, away from the guide block, of thestress plate; and guide mechanisms are arranged on the outer wall of the ship body at the two ends of the power cavity. According to the auxiliary device, the impact force borne by the ship body whenthe auxiliary device is used is reduced, the berthing effect when the auxiliary device is used is improved, and the service life of the auxiliary device is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种船舶靠岸辅助装置,包括船体、丝杆、动力腔体、受力板和导块,所述船体一侧的外壁上设有动力腔体,且动力腔体两端的内壁上皆铰接有丝杆,丝杆表面的一侧螺纹连接有螺母,并且相邻螺母之间的外壁上通过连杆安装有连接板,所述连接板一侧的外壁上固定有导块,导块远离连接板的一端延伸至动力腔体的外部并安装有受力板,且受力板远离导块一侧的外壁上安装有防护垫板,动力腔体两端的船体外壁上皆设有导向机构。本发明不仅降低了辅助装置使用时船体所受到的撞击力,提高了辅助装置使用时的靠岸效果,而且延长了辅助装置的使用寿命。
