The invention discloses a commercial vehicle wheel high-temperature monitoring and alarming system. The system comprises a plurality of wheels installed on a commercial vehicle, and further comprisestemperature sensors and air pressure sensors installed on the wheels, a chassis controller connected with the sensors, a vehicle-mounted T-BOX connected with the chassis controller, and an instrumentand an Internet of Things platform which are connected with the vehicle-mounted T-BOX. Each temperature sensor is used for monitoring wheel temperature, and each air pressure sensor is used for monitoring tire pressure; the chassis controller is used for collecting temperature information monitored by the temperature sensor and pressure information monitored by the air pressure sensor and transmitting the collected temperature information and pressure information to the vehicle-mounted T-BOX; and the vehicle-mounted T-BOX uploads the received monitoring information to the Internet of Things platform and the instrument. According to the system, the reliability of signals is improved, high efficiency of transmission and the real-time performance of display are realized, and vehicle fire disasters induced by high temperature of wheels can be effectively prevented.

本发明公开一种商用车车轮高温监测报警系统，包括安装在商用车上的若干车轮，还包括安装在车轮上的温度传感器和气压传感器、与传感器连接的底盘控制器、与底盘控制器连接的车载T‑BOX、及分别与车载T‑BOX连接的仪表和物联网平台；所述温度传感器用于监测车轮温度，气压传感器用于监测轮胎压力；所述底盘控制器用于收集温度传感器监测的温度信息、气压传感器监测的压力信息，并将收集到的温度信息和压力信息传递给车载T‑BOX；所述车载T‑BOX将接收到的监测信息上传给物联网平台和仪表。该系统提高了信号的可靠性，实现了传输的高效性以及显示的实时性，能有效预防车轮高温诱发的车辆火灾。
