The embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle driving method and device, a vehicle-mounted computer, a vehicle and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps: acquiring road condition information of a current lane where the current vehicle travels and road condition information of at least one other lane; determining the smoothness level of the current lane and the lane smoothness levels of other lanes according to the road condition information, wherein the lane smoothness levels are used for respectively representing the smoothness degree of each lane; determining a target lane according to the lane unobstructed level, and controlling the current vehicle to change the lane to the target lane, wherein the lane unobstructed level of the target lane is higher than the lane unobstructed level of the current lane. According to the vehicle driving method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the current vehicle can be changed to other more unobstructed lanes, so that thevehicle is prevented from being influenced by the front vehicle under the condition of overspeed or acceleration, and the safety risk is reduced.
