The invention relates to a pure brominated butyl rubber airtight layer and a mixing method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of rubber mixing. The method comprises the following stepsthat rubber, a compounding agent and carbon black are added into a mixing device, and crushing is carried out at a low rotating speed I; when the temperature reaches 90-95 DEG C, process oil is added,and mixing is carried out at a high rotating speed; when the temperature reaches 125-130 DEG C, dispersing and mixing are carried out at a low rotating speed II; the rubber is discharged when the temperature reaches 135-140 DEG C, and cooling and standing are carried out to obtain master batch; and the master batch is mixed with a vulcanizing agent and an accelerant, and the final mixed rubber issubjected to mixing to obtain the final mixed rubber. The method can well solve the technical problem that carbon black caking is prone to generation when a shearing type full-quadrangular rotor is used for mixing, and the mixed rubber is more stable, more uniform in carbon black dispersion and free of carbon black caking compared with the mixed rubber produced by using the full-quadrangular rotor in the conventional mixing method; and compared with mixed rubber produced by using a ZZ2 rotor, the carbon black dispersion is higher, and the air tightness is better.

    本发明涉及一种纯溴化丁基橡胶气密层及其混炼方法与应用,属于橡胶混炼领域,包括:向混炼装置中加入橡胶、配合剂、炭黑,在低转速Ⅰ下进行破碎;待温度达到90~95℃,加入工艺油,在高转速下进行混炼;待温度达到125~130℃,在低转速Ⅱ下进行分散混炼;待温度达到135~140℃排胶,冷却,静置,得到母炼胶;将所述母炼胶和硫化剂、促进剂混合,进行终炼胶混炼,得到终炼胶。本发明的方法能够很好地解决使用剪切型全四棱转子混炼易产生炭黑结块的工艺问题,比现有混炼方法使用全四棱转子生产的混炼胶更稳定,炭黑分散更均匀,且没有炭黑结块,而且较使用ZZ2转子生产的混炼胶炭黑分散度更高、气密性更好。
