The invention discloses a braking system and a braking method for a super-tonnage electric transmission loader, which belong to engineering machinery. The method comprises the steps of electric braking, service braking, parking braking and emergency braking. The electric braking is main brake; the service braking is secondary brake, and the electric braking and the service braking share one brakepedal; a foot brake valve core is connected below the foot brake pedal; an angular displacement sensor is arranged on one side of the pedal; the angular displacement sensor is electrically connected with the whole vehicle intelligent control system; the stroke of the foot brake pedal is 0 to X; when the foot brake pedal is located between 0 and X, the electric brake works; when the foot brake pedal is between Y and X, Y is a preset value larger than 0 and smaller than X. Travelling brake work is achieved, the two brake modes can be intelligently switched, operation is easy, and the loader is the same as a common loader. While the operation habit of a driver is met, the labor intensity of the driver is greatly reduced through the electric braking mode, the service frequency of service braking is reduced, abrasion of the brake is reduced, braking impact is basically eliminated through the soft external characteristic of the brake, and the safety coefficient of the whole vehicle is improved.

    本发明公布一种超大吨位电传动装载机制动系统及制动方法,属于工程机械。包括电制动、行车制动、驻车制动和紧急制动;其中,电制动为主制动,行车制动为次级制动,两者共用一个制动踏板,脚制动踏板下方连接脚制动阀阀芯,踏板一侧装有角位移传感器;角位移传感器电连接整车智能控制系统;脚制动踏板的行程为0‑X;脚制动踏板处于0‑X时,电制动工作;脚制动踏板处于Y‑X时,Y是大于0小于X的预设值,行车制动工作,两种制动方式可智能切换,操作简单,与普通装载机无异。在满足驾驶员操作习惯的同时,电制动模式极大地降低了其劳动强度,减少了行车制动的使用频次,制动器的磨损减轻,其软的外特性基本消除制动冲击,整车安全系数提升。
