Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic railway fastener bulk cargo vehicle comprising a material vehicle and an operation vehicle for pulling the material vehicle. The material vehicle comprises a stockbin system for storing material boxes. The operation vehicle comprises a feeding device, a material taking device, an assembling device, an image recognition device, a scattering device and a controlsystem. The automatic railway fastener bulk cargo vehicle further comprises a conveying system used for conveying the material boxes in the stock bin system to the feeding device and moving away thematerial boxes on the feeding device. The control system is in signal connection with the conveying system, the feeding device, the material taking device, the assembling device, the scattering deviceand the image recognition device. Intelligent and efficient fastener bulk materials can be achieved; after rail changing and sleeper changing, fasteners are assembled in a complete set according to needs and then placed on the sleeper side or installed on the inner side of a spike according to needs, so that the labor force is saved, and safety risks are reduced.

本发明公开了一种自动化铁路扣件散料车，包括：材料车以及牵引材料车的作业车，材料车包括存储物料箱的料仓系统，作业车包括上料装置、取料装置、装配装置、图像识别装置、散放装置以及控制系统，还包括用于将料仓系统内的物料箱运输至上料装置、以及将上料装置上的物料箱移走的输送系统；控制系统信号连接于输送系统、上料装置、取料装置、装配装置、散放装置以及图像识别装置。能够实现智能高效的扣件散料，在换轨换枕后，根据需要将扣件成套组装后根据需求放置在轨枕侧或安装在道钉内侧，节约劳动力，降低安全风险。
