A control method for a full-hydraulic power steering system comprises the following steps that (1) collecting a steering wheel angle signal by a steering wheel angle sensor, and collecting vehicle speed v1 by a vehicle speed sensor when a steering wheel rotates; (2) converting the acquired steering wheel angle into a designed wheel angle delta 1 according to the proportional relation between the steering wheel angle and the wheel angle; (3) calculating a given designed wheel rotation angle delta 1 and an ideal side slip angle beta 1 of the mining dump truck at a given vehicle speed v1 by meansof an electric control unit; (4) acquiring an actual wheel rotation angle delta 2 through a wheel rotation angle sensor, acquiring a vehicle speed v2 when the wheel rotates through a vehicle speed sensor, and calculating a target wheel rotation angle delta 3 required for enabling the value of an actual mass center slip angle beta 2 to be close to or equal to an ideal mass center slip angle beta 1under the condition of a given vehicle speed v2 through an electric control unit; and (5) adjusting the oil supply amount of the steering system in real time, so that the actual wheel rotation angledelta 2 approaches or is equal to the target wheel rotation angle delta 3. According to the method, the steering accuracy and the vehicle running stability can be guaranteed.

    一种用于全液压动力转向系统的控制方法,包括以下步骤:(1)方向盘转角传感器采集方向盘转角信号,车速传感器采集方向盘旋转时的车速v;(2)根据方向盘转角与车轮转角之间的比例关系,将采集得到的方向盘转角转化为设计车轮转角δ;(3)电控单元计算出给定的设计车轮转角δ和给定的车速v下矿用自卸车理想质心侧偏角β;(4)通过车轮转角传感器获取实际车轮转角δ,通过车速传感器采集车轮转动时的车速v,并通过电控单元计算出给定的车速v情况下要使实际质心侧偏角β的值接近或者等于理想质心侧偏角β所需的目标车轮转角δ;(5)实时调节转向系统的供油量,使实际车轮转角δ趋近或者等于目标车轮转角δ。上述方法能保障转向的准确性和车辆运行的稳定性。
