Anti-snapping device for cable of hanging basket elevator
The invention provides an anti-snapping device for a cable of a hanging basket elevator. The device comprises a lower moving frame, an upper fixing plate, an upper moving frame, an adjusting screw rodand the like. The device can effectively solve the accident caused by the blocking of the cable of an electric cabinet of the hanging basket elevator; during normal work, the cable is stressed slightly, the upper moving frame moves upwards due to the elasticity of a spring, and a contact strip is driven to move upwards and is in contact with the lower end of the adjusting screw rod to connect a working circuit; when an accident occurs, the stress of the cable is increased, the spring is compressed to enable the upper moving frame to move downwards, the contact strip is driven to move downwards and be separated from the adjusting screw rod, the working circuit is disconnected, and a worker stops for maintenance; after a fault is removed, the stress of the cable is reduced, the elastic force of the spring enables the contact strip to move upwards and make contact with the adjusting screw rod again to connect the working circuit, the working platform can recover to operate, and thereforethe cable can be effectively prevented from being snapped or damaged; and the tension permissible value of the cable during normal work can be adjusted by rotating the height of the adjusting screw rod.
本发明提供了一种吊篮提升机电缆线防拉断装置。本发明包括下移动架、上固定板、上移动架、调节螺杆等，该设备可以有效解决吊篮提升机电控箱电缆线受阻造成的事故。正常工作时电缆线受力很小，由于弹簧弹力使上移动架上移，带动触条上移并与调节螺杆下端接触接通工作电路；当发生意外时电缆线受力加大，弹簧受力被压缩使上移动架下移，带动触条下移并与调节螺杆分离，工作电路断开，工作人员停工检修。当故障排除后，电缆线受力减小，弹簧弹力使触条上移并与调节螺杆重新接触接通工作电路，工作平台可恢复运行，因而可有效防止电缆线被拉断或损坏。通过旋转调节螺杆的高度可调节电缆线正常工作时的拉力许可值。
