The invention discloses a sun shield three-dimensional control method considering a seat position and a body type based on EPS and TBOX. The method comprises the following specific steps: manually clicking a button, and starting an automatic control function of a sun shield; providing a vehicle heading angle by the EPS and sending the vehicle heading angle to a control unit; receiving the vehicleheading angle by the control unit and connecting with the TBOX to inquire a sun direction and a vertical angle of the current position; and building a three-dimensional model of a relative positions of the vehicle and the sun by the control unit through integrating horizontal and vertical angles of the sun irradiated to the vehicle and the vehicle heading angle. Existing equipment of the vehicle is borrowed, hardware equipment is not additionally arranged, a sun irradiation direction and angle can be accurately judged only through software, a body type of a driver, the position of a seat and the inclination angle of a backrest of the seat are considered, accuracy of obtained control information is high, and the sun shield can rotate in a three-dimensional mode and has a good effect on lateral irradiation.

    本发明公开了一种基于EPS和TBOX考虑座椅位置和体型的遮阳板三维控制方法,该基于EPS和TBOX考虑座椅位置和体型的遮阳板三维控制方法具体步骤如下:手动点击按钮,开启遮阳板自动控制功能;EPS提供车辆航向角,发送给控制单元;控制单元收到车辆航向角,连接TBOX查询此时所在位置的太阳方向和垂直角度;控制单元综合太阳照射到汽车的水平和垂直角度以及车辆航向角,建立车辆和太阳相对位置的三位模型。通过借用车辆已有设备,没有额外增加硬件设备,只需要通过软件就可精确判断太阳照射方向和角度,且考虑了驾驶员体型、座椅位置和座椅靠背倾斜角度,获得的控制信息准确度高,而且遮阳板可以立体转动,对侧向照射具有良好效果。
