The invention discloses a coal leveling rod replacing device comprising a hoisting device, a first overhauling carrier roller set and a second overhauling carrier roller set; the first overhauling carrier roller set, the second overhauling carrier roller set and a carrier roller set of a coal leveling device are positioned at the same height; and the hoisting device is used for hoisting a new coalleveling rod to the first overhauling carrier roller set, hoisting an old coal leveling rod on the coal leveling device to the second overhauling carrier roller set and hoisting the new coal levelingrod on the first overhauling carrier roller set to the carrier roller set of the coal leveling device. The new coal leveling rod and the old coal leveling rod are supported through the first overhauling carrier roller set and the second overhauling carrier roller set and are located at the same height position as the carrier roller set of the coal leveling device, and thus it can be guaranteed that the new coal leveling rod and the old coal leveling rod are integrally replaced, overhauling time is saved, and the replacement quality of the coal leveling rods is improved.
本发明公开了一种平煤杆更换装置，包括：吊运装置、第一检修托辊组和第二检修托辊组，第一检修托辊组和第二检修托辊组与平煤装置的托辊组处于同一高度位置，吊运装置用于将新平煤杆吊运至第一检修托辊组上，吊运装置还用于将平煤装置上的旧平煤杆吊运至第二检修托辊组上，并将第一检修托辊组上的新平煤杆吊运至平煤装置的托辊组上。通过第一检修托辊组和第二检修托辊组对新、旧平煤杆进行支撑，且与平煤装置的托辊组处于同一高度位置，因此可保证新平煤杆和旧平煤杆整体进行更换，节约了检修时间，提高了平煤杆的更换质量。
