The system comprises a steering shaft, a fixing frame, a first driving part, acradle head, a detection part and a second driving part, the first driving part is in rigid connection with the fixing frame, the fixing frame is in rigid connection with a main frame of the monoraildouble-wheel robot, and the steering shaft, the fixing frame and the first driving piece form a steering motion execution module; a pan-tilt, the detection part and the second driving part form a sensing module, the sensing module is connected with the fixing frame through the pan-tilt, the pan-tilt is provided with an angle-adjustable mounting face, the detection part is arranged on the mountingface, the second driving part is arranged on the pan-tilt to control the angle of the mounting face of the pan-tilt, and the working condition requirement of the detection part under the moving or static condition of the monorail robot is met. Split modularization and overall modularization are achieved, and environment detection can be provided while large-torque steering is achieved by arrangingthe sensing module on the fixing frame.
