Abstract

The invention relates to a front windshield airbag early warning starting system according to the momentum of a flyer outside a vehicle. The system comprises an air bag, an optical detector, two ultrasonic sensors and a central controller, the air bag and the optical detector are located at the lower end and the upper middle portion of the front windshield respectively. The two ultrasonic sensorsare located at the upper end of the column A and the edge of a car roof metal plate respectively, the air bag is connected with the central controller through a wiring harness. A system for data transmission and momentum calculation among images, speed and the central controller is established, and diversification is provided for subsequent collision development. In the front windshield airbag early warning starting system, the mass and the speed of the flyer are detected, the dynamic quantity and the energy of collision with the front windshield of the vehicle is calculated; when the energy exceeds a threshold value set by the central controller, namely the breakdown energy of the front windshield glass, the central controller sends an instruction generator to ignite, the air bag is inflated and unfolded instantaneously to cover the front windshield glass, and the flyer is ejected out, so that the safety of personnel in the automobile is effectively protected.

本发明涉及一种根据车外飞行物动量的前风挡气囊预警启动系统，包括气囊、光学探测器、2个超声传感器及中央控制器，所述气囊和光学探测器分别位于前风挡玻璃下端和中上方，2个超声传感器分别位于A柱上端以及车顶钣金边缘，气囊通过线束与中央控制器相连，本发明建立了影像、速度及中央控制器之间的数据传输及动量计算的系统，为后续碰撞开发提供了多元化；前风挡气囊预警启动系统，通过检测飞行物的质量、速度，计算出动量以及与车辆前风挡撞击的能量，当该能量超过中央控制器设定的阈值，即前风挡玻璃击穿的能量，中央控制器则发出指令发生器进行点火，气囊瞬时进行充气展开将前风挡玻璃覆盖，并将飞行物弹出，从而有效保护车内人员的安全。
