The invention provides a reminding device and a vehicle. The reminding device comprises a power supply module, a relay and a loudspeaker module; a first control end of the relay is electrically connected with the positive electrode of the power supply module, a second control end of the relay is electrically connected with a first control end of the loudspeaker module, and a second control end ofthe loudspeaker module is electrically connected with the negative electrode of the power supply module. Thus, the reminding device is independently arranged on the vehicle, a driver can remind pedestrians through the reminding device, the reminding sound of the reminding device is gentle, the pedestrians do not need to be reminded through a horn of the vehicle, the phenomenon that the pedestriansare frightened is reduced, and therefore the reminding effect on the pedestrians is enhanced.

本发明提供一种提醒装置及车辆，所述提醒装置包括：电源模块、继电器和扬声器模块，所述继电器的第一控制端与所述电源模块的正极电连接，所述继电器的第二控制端与所述扬声器模块的第一控制端电连接，所述扬声器模块的第二控制端与所述电源模块的负极电连接。这样，通过在车辆上单独设置提醒装置，驾驶员可以通过上述提醒装置提醒行人，且提醒装置的提示音较为轻柔，而无须通过车辆的喇叭来提醒行人，即减少了惊吓到行人的现象的出现，从而增强了对行人的提醒效果。
