The invention discloses an electric adjusting device for a single dipped headlight, which comprises a dipped headlight body and a lens and further comprises a metal mounting bracket, manual adjustingrods and an adjusting motor. The lens is mounted at the front end of the dipped headlight body. A motor output rod is arranged on the adjusting motor. The dipped headlight body is installed on the metal mounting bracket through the two manual adjusting rods. One end of the motor output rod is connected with the metal mounting bracket, the other end of the motor output rod penetrates through the support on the dipped headlight body to be connected with the adjusting motor. A round hole is formed in the middle of the metal mounting bracket, and the lens is correspondingly placed in the round hole of the metal mounting bracket. According to the invention, the adjusting motor on the single dipped headlight assembly is used as an executive component, and by adjusting the length of the output rod of the motor, the electric adjustment of the light beam irradiation angle within the range of upward 2 degrees to downward 2 degrees can be accurately realized.
本发明公开一种用于单体近光灯的电动调节装置，包括近光灯本体和配光镜，所述配光镜安装在近光灯本体的前端，还包括金属安装支架、手动调节杆和调节电机，所述调节电机上设有电机输出杆；所述近光灯本体通过两个手动调节杆安装在金属安装支架上，所述电机输出杆的一端与金属安装支架连接，另一端穿过近光灯本体上的支架与调节电机连接，所述金属安装支架的中部开有圆孔，配光镜对应放置在金属安装支架的圆孔内。本发明以单体近光灯总成上的调节电机为执行元件，通过电机输出杆长度的调节，可精确的实现对光束照射角度在向上2°到向下2°范围内的电动调节。
