The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted lifting device and a folding method thereof. A vertical column is mounted at the upper end of a base in a sleeved mode, a rotating disc is mounted at the upper end of the vertical column, a first lazy arm is mounted on the rotating disc, a second lazy arm is mounted at the front end of the first lazy arm, the first lazy arm and the second lazy arm are connected through a rotating shaft, a sub-pulley is further mounted on the rotating shaft, a mounting frame is mounted at the front end of the second lazy arm, a main pulley is mounted on the mounting frame, a winch is further fixed to the first lazy arm, a steel wire rope is wound on the winch and sequentially bypasses the sub-pulley and the main pulley, a lifting hook is mounted at the tail end of the steel wire rope, a set of first pin shaft holes is formed in the upper end of the base, and two sets of second pin shaft holes are formed in the vertical column. The vehicle-mounted lifting deviceis mainly used for tire lifting replacement of a heavy vehicle chassis, and can also be used for goods loading and unloading of a van and a household pickup truck. The vehicle-mounted lifting device can be folded to be collected when not in use, thus the occupied space is greatly decreased, and the vehicle-mounted lifting device is particularly suitable for the situation that the vehicle chassis or carriage floor space is limited.

本发明公开了一种车载吊运装置及其折叠方法，底座上端套装有立柱，立柱上端装有转盘，转盘上安装有吊臂一，吊臂一前端安装吊臂二，吊臂一和吊臂二之间通过旋转轴连接，旋转轴上还装有副滑轮，吊臂二前端装有安装架，安装架上装有主滑轮，吊臂一上还固定有绞盘，绞盘上绕有钢丝绳，钢丝绳依次绕过副滑轮和主滑轮，钢丝绳末端装有吊钩，底座上端设有一组销轴孔一，立柱上设有两组销轴孔二。本发明主要用于重型汽车底盘的轮胎吊运更换，也可用于厢式货车及家用皮卡车的货物装卸。本发明在不使用时可折叠收拢，大幅度减小所占空间，尤其适合在汽车底盘或车厢地板空间比较紧张的情况下使用。
