Abstract

The invention discloses camera displacement changing devices for a bridge crane. The devices are suitable for being arranged on the two sides of a lifting hook of the crane and suspended below a mainbeam steel structure of the crane; the camera displacement changing devices comprise camera assemblies, telescopic device assemblies and sealing assemblies; the camera assemblies comprises cameras; the telescopic device assemblies are used for lifting the camera assemblies in the vertical direction and comprise telescopic devices, the telescopic devices comprise telescopic rods and fixed outer sleeves, and the lower ends of the telescopic rods are all connected to the corresponding cameras so as to move together with the corresponding cameras in the vertical direction; and the sealing assemblies can be opened and closed and comprises sealing devices, and the sealing devices comprise protective outer covers, bottom plates capable of being opened and lifting assemblies hinged to the bottom plates. According to the technical scheme, the camera displacement changing devices are additionally arranged on the two sides of the crane, so that the visual angle requirement of intelligent or unmanned video monitoring of the crane is met; and the dustproof and rainproof functions are achieved so that the devices can be used in the open air and in the severe working condition environment with large dust.

本发明公开一种用于桥式起重机的摄像头位移改变装置，其适于安装在起重机的吊钩的两侧，并悬置于起重机主梁钢结构下面，其中，所述摄像头位移改变装置包括：摄像头组件，其包括两个摄像头；用于沿竖向升降摄像头组件的伸缩装置组件，其包括两个伸缩装置，各伸缩装置均包括伸缩杆和固定外套，各伸缩杆的下端部均连接到相应的摄像头以与相应摄像头一起沿竖向运动；能打开和关闭的密封组件，其包括两个密封装置，各密封装置均包括保护外罩、能打开的底板、及铰接到底板的升降组件。本发明通过在起重机两侧增设摄影头位移改变装置，可满足吊车智能化或无人化对视频监控的视角需求，也具有防尘防雨功能，可满足露天及粉尘较大的恶劣工况环境下使用。
