The invention discloses a universal cable crane and a method thereof for adapting to different suspension bridges, and belongs to the field of cable cranes. The universal cable crane adopts the technical scheme that the universal cable crane comprises a main beam, the main beam comprises middle sections and end sections; the middle sections are detachably arranged between the two end sections, themultiple middle sections are detachably connected in sequence through bolts, so that the length of the main beam is changed; wherein the sum of the length A of the middle sections and the length B ofthe two end sections is equal to the distance between main cables, and a walking end beam is hinged to the end sections through pin shafts so that the walking end beam can be fixed below the end sections. According to the universal cable crane, the lengths of the end sections and the middle sections can be changed, the adjustment of the overall length of the main beam is completed, the cable crane can adapt to different main cable intervals and lifting lug positions of beam sections to be lifted only by slightly performing transforming on the cable crane, the practicability of cable lifting is effectively improved, and the universal cable crane has the characteristics of simple structure and low transforming cost, and can generate obvious economic benefits.

    本发明公开了一种通用型缆载起重机及其适应不同悬索桥的方法,属于缆载起重机领域,其技术方案要点是,包括主梁,主梁包括中间节段和端节段;中间节段可拆卸设置在两个端节段之间,且多个中间节段通过螺栓依次可拆卸连接,以使改变主梁的长度;其中,中间节段长度A与两个端节段的长度B之和等于主缆的间距,行走端梁与端节段采用销轴铰接,以使行走端梁固定在端节段的下方。该种通用型缆载起重机,能够改变端节段与中间节段的长度,完成对主梁整体长度的调整,实现了只需对缆载起重机进行少量的改造,即可适应不同的主缆间距和待吊梁段吊耳位置,有效地提高了缆载起重的实用性,具有结构简洁、改造成本低的特点,能够产生明显的经济效益。
