The invention discloses a rail transit evacuation platform installing, positioning and measuring trolley and a using method. The positioning and measuring trolley comprises a trolley body capable of moving along a steel rail, wherein a vertical rod and an adjuster are arranged on the trolley body; the bottom end of the vertical rod is hinged to the trolley body; after the trolley body is matched with the steel rails, the bottom end of the vertical rod is located on the center line of the connecting line of the top ends of the two steel rails, the adjuster is used for adjusting the rotating angle of the vertical rod, a gradienter and a lifting measuring table capable of moving in the length direction of the vertical rod are arranged on the vertical rod, and a laser range finder is arrangedon the lifting measuring table. According to the rail transit evacuation platform installing, positioning and measuring trolley, the laser range finder is horizontally positioned by adjusting the vertical rod and the lifting measuring table, the distance between the center line of a rail and a tunnel segment can be measured by utilizing the laser range finder to measure the distance, and then themachining width of an evacuation platform plate can be calculated according to a limit value given by design.

本发明公开了一种轨道交通疏散平台安装定位测量小车及使用方法，该定位测量小车包括能够沿钢轨移动的小车本体，小车本体上设有立杆和调节器，立杆的底端铰接于小车本体，且立杆能够沿钢轨横向转动，小车本体适配钢轨后，立杆的底端位于两个钢轨顶端连线的中线上，调节器用于调整立杆的转动角度，立杆上设有水平仪和能够沿其长度方向移动的升降测量台，升降测量台上设有激光测距仪。运用本发明的一种轨道交通疏散平台安装定位测量小车，通过调整立杆和升降测量台将激光测距仪水平定位，利用激光测距仪测距，即可测量出轨道中线与隧道管片的距离，再根据设计给出的限界值，即可计算出疏散平台板的加工宽度。
