The storage room is supported by an enclosing wall and built on the ground, a water tank surroundingthe storage room is arranged on the ground around the storage room, water is contained in the water tank, and the liquid level of the water tank is located under the ground; multiple groups of walkingtables are arranged in the storage room, the multiple groups of walking tables cross over the water tank, and each group of walking tables comprises a walking table A and a walking table B; a stern plate and a maintenance platform are correspondingly arranged at the walking platform A; the stern plate is arranged on the walking platform and is used for mounting an outboard engine to be tested; and water in the water tank circulates in the water tank to form a test system. The system is simple in structure, safe, reliable and durable; endurance tests can be carried out on a plurality of outboard engines with high horsepower at the same time; and the device can be recycled for a long time after once water discharge, and is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
