The invention discloses an airtight floor of a civil aircraft. The air-tight floor comprises a horizontal air-tight floor and an inclined air-tight floor, the horizontal airtight floor is partitionedinto a plurality of horizontal airtight sub-floors in the spanwise direction through a plurality of floor longitudinal beams extending in the heading direction. The oblique airtight floor is divided into a plurality of oblique airtight sub-floors in the unfolding direction through a plurality of floor longitudinal beams. The oblique airtight sub-floors comprise the two-side oblique airtight sub-floors located on the two sides in the spanwise direction and the middle oblique airtight sub-floors located between the floor longitudinal beams. The oblique airtight sub-floors on the two sides are fixedly connected with the floor longitudinal beams, the horizontal airtight sub-floors corresponding to the heading direction and the upper wall plate of the central wing, and the oblique airtight sub-floor in the middle is connected with the floor longitudinal beams, the horizontal airtight sub-floors corresponding to the heading direction and the upper wall plate of the central wing in the mode of being capable of moving relatively in the horizontal direction.
