The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a bicycle basket. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of 1, taking out a rectangular square frame, forming grooves on four sides ofthe square frame, and ensuring that the distances and the sizes of the grooves on every two opposite sides are the same; secondly, sequentially placing iron bars used for manufacturing the bicycle basket in the grooves in the rectangular square frame, and after placement is completed, using L-shaped limiting plates to adjust the positions and the flatness of the iron bars on the rectangular square frame so that a new rectangle is formed between the top ends of the iron bars; 3, welding and fixing the crossed iron bars in the rectangular square frame by using a spot welding machine, and then taking out the rectangular square frame; fourthly, after welding is completed, using a bending machine to bend the iron bars on the four sides, and the angle of the iron bars reaches the needed angle;and fifthly, fixing the position of the erected iron bars through an electric welding machine, welding the multiple iron bars on the four sides so that the iron bars on all the sides can form a whole.The method is easy to manufacture, economical, practical and low in cost and has good market value.
