本发明提供湿路抓着性能、低滚动阻力性和耐磨耗性优异的轮胎用橡胶组合物的制造方法。是在二烯系橡胶100质量份中配合了二氧化硅80~180质量份、并配合了相对于二氧化硅量为5~18质量%的硅烷偶联剂的橡胶组合物的制造方法,其特征在于,在混合机中一起投入上述二氧化硅和硅烷偶联剂,进行混合,然后投入上述二烯系橡胶,进行混炼。

    Provided is a method of producing a rubber composition for a tire having excellent wet grip performance, low rolling resistance, and excellent wear resistance. A method of producing a rubber composition containing 80-180 parts by mass of silica with respect to 100 parts by mass of a diene-based rubber, and containing a silane coupling agent in an amount of 5-18 mass% with respect to the silica content, said method characterized by introducing the silica and the silane coupling agent together into a mixer, mixing the silica and the silane coupling agent, and then introducing the diene-based rubber to the mixture and kneading the resultant mixture.
