The terminal comprises a positioning module, a base band circuit module, a GSM radio frequency circuit and a power module, wherein power module provides working power for the positioning module, the base band circuit module and the GSM radio frequency circuit; the positioning module is connected with the base band circuit module through a UART interface; the GSM radio frequency circuit is connected with the base band circuit module through a GPIO interface and used for receiving and transmitting a communication signal and transmitting communication information to the base band circuit module for processing; the base band circuit module has data interaction with a server through a SMS or GPRS manner and transmits processed data to the server. The intelligent terminal can perform comprehensive management on vehicles and is convenient to use.
