The invention relates to a runflat tire support mechanism, in particular to a sectional hard support mechanism. The support mechanism includes: a support body and connecting pieces. The middle part of each connecting piece is provided with a partition groove, both sides of the partition groove are equipped with at least two groups of connecting holes symmetrically, the connecting holes are internally provided with wedge blocks and bolts, and the bolts are equipped with bolt fastening holes. According to the invention, the middle part of each connecting piece is provided with a partition groove, both sides of the partition groove are equipped with at least two groups of connecting holes, so that among the support body connecting pieces, when one group is hit, the partition groove blocks impact force diffusion, and the other group of connecting holes retain the connecting function, thus effectively reducing the overall failure probability of the support body.
