The invention provides a manual bomb vehicle. The manual bomb vehicle comprises a vehicle body and a traction handle, wherein the middle part of the vehicle body is in a shape of a rectangular groove, and an inner box and a scissors fork mechanism are arranged in the groove; the lower end of the front part of the scissors fork mechanism is connected with a vehicle body by virtue of a hinge, a manual reducer lead screw driving mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the rear part of the scissors fork mechanism, the upper end of the front part of the scissors fork mechanism is connected with the inner box by virtue of a hinge, and the upper end of the rear part of the scissors fork mechanism and the inner box are in slide fit; a bomb body bracket is arranged on the inner box, the rear end of the bomb body bracket is connected with the rear end of the inner box by virtue of a hinge, and a bomb body fixing device is arranged on the bomb body bracket; a bomb body bracket dip angle adjusting device driven by virtue of a ratchet wrench is arranged at the front part of the inner box; and a damping universal castor and a lead screw landing leg are arranged on the vehicle body. The manual bomb vehicle can carry a bomb and move in a multidirectional manner, the height and dip angle of a bomb body can be accurately adjusted, and the manual bomb vehicle is especially applicable to loading and unloading of an aerial bomb at the abdomen of a light fixed wing aircraft, adopts a full-manual mechanical structure and has the characteristics of simple equipment structure, small size, low design and usage cost and high working reliability.
