The invention discloses an air spring and a vehicle using the same. The air spring comprises an air bag, an auxiliary air chamber, a bearing seat used for bearing impact force and a supporting seat. A communicated channel allowing air flow to flow therein is formed between the auxiliary air chamber and the air bag. An opening and closing device is arranged on the communicated channel. The bearing seat is provided with an upper limit position and a lower limit position which moves normally relative to the supporting seat when being subjected to the impact force. When the bearing seat moves normally, the opening and closing device is in an open state. When the bearing seat is located above the upper limit position and below the lower limit position, the opening and closing device is in a closed state. By means of the air spring, the technical problems that in the prior art, the rigidity of an air spring can be improved only when a bearing seat of an air bag moves downwards, and the rigidity of the air bag can not be improved when the bearing seat moves upwards to exceed the limit or moves downwards to exceed the limit are solved.
