The invention relates to a side-shifting tipping type fork arm carrier. The side-shifting tipping type fork arm carrier comprises a middle fork arm carrier body, a front fork arm carrier body which is arranged on the middle fork arm carrier body and slidably matched with the middle fork arm carrier body, goods forks arranged on the front fork arm carrier body in a hung mode and a back fork arm carrier body which is arranged on the back portion of the middle fork arm carrier body and connected with the middle fork arm carrier body; a side-shifting oil cylinder which can drive the front fork arm carrier body to move left and right is integrated on the middle fork arm carrier body, the back fork arm carrier body is provided with a tilting oil cylinder which can drive the middle fork arm carrier body to achieve front tilting or back tilting and is vertically arranged. According to the technical field of the side-shifting tipping type fork arm carrier, the side-shifting oil cylinder is integrated on the middle fork arm carrier body, and therefore the fork arm carrier can achieve left-right side shifting of the goods forks without needing to arranging a side shifter; by vertically arranging the tilting oil cylinder which can control front tilting or back tilting of the fork arm carrier, the carrying capacity of the fork arm carrier can be improved.
