The invention discloses a multifunctional transportation trolley. The multifunctional transportation trolley includes a base, stand rods and intermediate rods which are welded to the base, and support rods welded to the intermediate rods, wherein the stand rods are welded to the left tail end and the right tail end of the base; the base includes a front rod, a rear rod, a left rod, and a right rod; the intermediate rods include a first intermediate rod welded to the front rod, and a second intermediate rod welded to the rear rod, wherein a first connection rod is welded to the lower tail ends of the first intermediate rod and the second intermediate rod, and a second connection rod is welded to the upper tail ends of the first intermediate rod and the second intermediate rod; a first extension rod is welded to a junction between the first intermediate rod and the second connection rod, a second extension rod is welded to a junction between the second intermediate rod and the second connection rod, and a third extension rod is welded to the tail ends of the first extension rod and the second extension rod; the support rods include a first support rod welded to the first intermediate rod and a second support rod welded to the second intermediate rod, wherein a plurality of spacing blocks are arranged on the first support rod and the second support rod at intervals.
