Abstract

The invention provides a gantry crane manipulator. The gantry crane manipulator comprises a left manipulator body and a right manipulator body which are arranged in parallel; the left manipulator body comprises a left inner claw and a left outer claw which are connected with each other in a hinged mode, and the right manipulator body comprises a right inner claw and a right outer claw which are connected with each other in a hinged mode; when the manipulator is opened and closed, the left inner claw corresponds to the right outer claw, the left outer claw corresponds to the right inner claw, and the left inner claw, the left outer claw, the right inner claw and the right outer claw are each provided with a claw protrusion; the gantry crane manipulator further comprises driving cylinders and a main shaft, the left inner claw, the left outer claw, the right inner claw and the right outer claw are all connected with the driving ends of the driving cylinders through the claw protrusions, the other ends of all the driving cylinders are all fixed on the main shaft, and the two ends of the driving cylinders are hinged to the claw protrusions and the main shaft respectively. The gantry crane manipulator is simple in structure, high in universality, safe and reliable in usage, high in automation degree and capable of improving the loading and unloading efficiency of goods and materials.
