The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted sunshade, and solves the problem of shading of the top of a vehicle in parking. The vehicle-mounted sunshade comprises a base matched with the top of the vehicle. The vehicle-mounted sunshade is characterized in that a strip type shell is arranged on the base; two telescopic brackets which are arranged horizontally and have opposite extending directions are arranged in the shell; shade cloth is paved above the telescopic brackets; one end of the shade cloth is connected with roller shutters positioned in the shell and the other end of the shade cloth is fixed to beams positioned on the outer sides of the telescopic brackets; the telescopic brackets are composed of multiple sets of rods which are crossed mutually in pairs; torsional springs are arranged at the joints at the ends of the adjacent sets of rods. The telescopic brackets composed of the crossed rods are constrained mutually and are compact in structures, the telescopic brackets always play a role in tensioning the unfolded shade cloth under the effect of the torsional springs, so that the whole device is at a flat steady state; the vehicle-mounted sunshade can be operated manually or mechanically for covering, so that simple operation and easy use are realized; the shade cloth formed by combining sheet micro solar light chips can be telescoped; the vehicle-mounted sunshade is also suitable for coach vehicles during teaching in the field.
