The invention discloses a dynamic bus taking inducing method for BRT station passengers. The method comprises the following steps: 1) passenger OD data at the ith time period on the BRT station and a bus taking inducing scheme at the ith time period are acquired; 2) according to the passenger OD data and the bus taking inducing scheme at the ith time period, initial passenger carrying data of each bus line vehicle when the (i+1)th time period begins are calculated; 3) according to the passenger OD data acquired at the ith time period, passenger OD data at the (i+1)th time period are predicted; and 4) according to the initial passenger carrying data at the (i+1)th time period and the predicted passenger OD data, a bus taking inducing scheme at the (i+1)th time period is generated. Thus, the bus taking inducing scheme in a bus section can be dynamically adjusted according to real-time bus passenger flow, real-time induction is provided for a passenger to select a line, and a balanced passenger carrying rate or equal stop time of each line vehicle can be realized.
