The invention relates to a vehicle safety control system, a safety control method and a vehicle, wherein the vehicle safety control system comprises a controller, a gasoline concentration sensor and an active gas exchanging device; a controller sample is connected to the gasoline concentration sensor; the controller is connected to the active gas exchanging device; the vehicle comprises the vehicle safety control system; the concentration information of gasoline inside the vehicle is collected at real time; when the concentration of the gasoline is larger than a first set value, the active gas exchanging device is controlled to work; and when the concentration of the gasoline keeps rising, and the concentration is larger than or equal to a second set value, a vehicle door is controlled to be opened. According to the invention, the concentration of the gasoline inside the vehicle can be monitored and alarmed in advance effectively; and when the concentration of the gasoline reaches at a certain value, corresponding process can be performed timely, thus ensuring the safety of driving, preventing the occurrence of fire accident to a certain extent and reducing casualties at maximum.
