The invention discloses a composite material elastomer navigation mark floating drum. Traditional navigation mark floating drums are made of metal materials, and the floating drums made of the metal materials have multiple defects. The composite material elastomer navigation mark floating drum is integrally manufactured through glass reinforced plastic with the layer thickness of 8-12 mm, and reinforcing steel members are arranged between upper connecting pieces and a lower connecting piece. A tail pipe is filled with balance weights which are prepared from metal materials and conventional cement mortar according to the weight ratio of 1:1-2. An inner cavity of a drum body is filled with polyurethane foaming materials. An ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer with the thickness of 120-250 mm is stuck to and wrapped on the upper side of the drum body, and then a polyurea layer with the layer thickness of 3-5 mm is integrally sprayed and wrapped on the surface of the whole body of the floating drum. The composite material elastomer navigation mark floating drum is a sufficient and flexible solid, and the floatability, the anti-collision capability and the balance property of the whole floating drum are greatly improved.
