The invention discloses a sound insulating piece, a steering column device, a steering mechanism and a vehicle, wherein the sound insulating piece comprises a main body arranged on a steering column in a rotation stopping way; an external plate extending outwards to plug a hole clearance of a vehicle body sealing plate is arranged on the main body; and a sealing edge matching with a corresponding fixing piece in a rotational sealing way is arranged at the external end of the external plate. Through the adoption of the sound insulating piece disclosed by the invention, a technical problem in the prior art that the vehicle body sealing plate and the steering column cannot be effectively sealed due to the hole clearance between the vehicle body sealing plate and the steering column is solved.
