The invention relates to a manufacturing method of an aluminum skin honeycomb sandwich floor, belonging to the field of manufacturing of aircrafts. An aluminum skin honeycomb sandwich structure is mainly used for a floor of the aircraft and a panel of the aircraft. The traditional 90-degree honeycomb sandwich integral edge-sealing frame is difficult and complicated to form, and cracks can be generated if a falling hammer mould is adopted for manufacturing. According to the method, by adopting a process lug positioning hole and an assembly hole, the accurate positioning of the edge-sealing frame of the honeycomb sandwich structure in the cementing process is realized, and the cementing quality is guaranteed; through the process lug positioning hole, digital transformation from a cementing process to a drilling process is realized, and production exchange is realized; through the assembly hole for positioning, assembly and product exchange is realized. A segmented edge-sealing frame replaces the integral edge-sealing frame, so that the manufacturing difficulty and manufacturing cost of the edge-sealing frame are reduced, modular manufacturing of the floor is finally realized, and the production exchange and use exchange of the floor are realized.
