An emergent breakdown truck for a communicating optical cable is used for improving the working efficiency of urgent optical cable repair and comprises a truck body, wherein a compartment is arranged on the truck body, a tool cabinet is arranged on the front side of the compartment, and a plurality of drawers for different tools and instruments to be arranged are arranged on the tool cabinet. A first tool box and a second tool box are arranged on the rear side of the tool cabinet, and a reel supporting assembly for supporting a reel is arranged on the rear side of the tool cabinet. A first guide assembly is arranged on the rear side of the reel supporting assembly and comprises a telescopic rod, a support, a first guide wheel and a first baffle, wherein the telescopic rod is vertically arranged and fixed in the compartment, a support is arranged at the top of the telescopic rod, the first guide wheel is rotatably installed on the support, the first baffle is arranged above the first guide wheel, and a positioning cavity limiting the moving range of the optical cable on the reel is defined between the first baffle and the support. The emergent breakdown truck can achieve arrangement of different tools and instruments and facilitate extraction of the optical cable on the reel.
