The invention discloses a transmission, a power transmission system and a vehicle. The transmission comprises multiple input shafts, multiple output shafts and a motor power shaft. The input shafts and the output shafts are transmitted through gear pairs. A first motor gear is fixed on one of the input shafts; a second motor gear is fixed on one of the output shafts; first, second and third gears of the motor power shaft idly coat the motor power shaft; the first gear of the motor power shaft is linked with one gear driving gear; the second gear of the motor power shaft is set to link with the first motor gear; the third gear of the motor power shaft is set to link with the second motor gear; and each gear of the motor power shaft can synchronously rotate with the motor power shaft through the synchronization of the synchronizer. The transmission for the vehicle according to the embodiment of the invention enriches transmission modes, and can realize such variable working conditions as parking charge and engine charge while driving.
