The invention provides a monitoring method of an elevator all-in-one machine, the elevator all-in-one machine and a monitoring system thereof. The monitoring method of the elevator all-in-one machine comprises the steps that a communication module in the elevator all-in-one machine receives a monitoring request sent from remote monitoring equipment through a TTL interface; the monitoring request comprises a monitoring task and a monitoring period; a data collection module in the elevator all-in-one machine performs collection of monitoring data according to the monitoring task, and the communication module initiatively returns the monitoring data periodically to the remote monitoring equipment through the TTL interface according to the monitoring period. The traditional communication mode of a RS232 electrical level serial port adopted between a remote terminal (such as a computer) and an all-in-one machine is changed, the serial port communication of the TTL interface is used, various monitoring object data can be arranged in the remote monitoring equipment, which can not be limited by the rate of the transmission interface, the monitoring period is arranged in the monitoring task to trigger the elevator all-in-one machine to initiatively send collected monitoring data on time, and the monitoring precision and the monitoring data volume are improved.
